Lisa Rice
Lisa is a consultant to the firm’s employment department. Lisa started working with Bracher Rawlins in 2011 having previously spent seven years as a partner at a well established central London firm. Lisa qualified as a solicitor in 1996, and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Lisa undertakes a range of employment work, including:
- preparation of all employment-related documentation and implementation of policies and good employment practice
- behind the scenes advice concerning day-to-day employment matters
- advising on employment status and agency workers
- unfair dismissal
- disciplinary dismissals and negotiation of settlement agreements
- handling employment related litigation
