Nick Roche
Nick is a corporate and commercial solicitor who qualified in 1976. Having worked in a large firm as a young partner, latterly he has chosen to work in niche firms where he is able to work closely with his clients as a business as well as legal adviser.
Nick has many years of experience across corporate and commercial sectors ranging from aviation, pharmaceuticals, technology, media, property investment and private equity. Recently he has concentrated on capital markets, acting for listed companies, investors, brokers and nomads. International clients and transactions feature strongly in his work and he has acted on the AIM admission of a Singaporean ‘Feng Shui’ business and various resource companies. He also advises on corporate restructuring to restore AIM listed companies.
Nick graduated from St Catharine’s College Cambridge with an MA in law.
