Alex Fenegan | Partner, Property

Alex joined Bracher Rawlins as a partner in the Commercial Property department in 2022. He was formerly with SMB, a large West End firm.

Alex has over 20 years’ experience and specialises in commercial and residential property development acting for developers of residential and mixed-use property including acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing and all associated financing.

He is highly skilled in advising clients on commercial finance, including mezzanine finance.

He has an extensive knowledge of bespoke conveyancing transactions including back-to-back deals, options and land acquisitions through share transfers.

Alex has a talent for cutting through complex issues to provide his clients with straightforward advice.
